Jenny Kirby DiFranco
Owner/Master Lash Artist/Esthetician
Jenny has been a Medical Esthetician since 2005, and an Lash Artist since 2016. She was the previous owner of a Medical Spa downtown Indianapolis and now is the owner of LASH & Esthetic Studio. Jenny holds her advanced Lash Extension Certification from Xtreme Lashes and specializes in classic lashes & is also our lead Lash Extension Instructor at our Training Academy. Jenny lives in Noblesville with her husband & 3 children.
Giacomo Di Franco
Director
Giacomo is our acting onsite Director. He also manages our Training Academy, the Lash and Beauty Academy of Noblesville.
Katelynn Jurney
Esthetician
Katelynn is our lead Esthetician, and specializes in customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, full body waxing, & lash tints and lifts. Katelynn was the manager of Woodhouse Spa for several years and has also had experience in the Medical Spa Setting. She has been voted, by many of our clients, as giving "the best facial they have ever had", and thoroughly enjoys helping clients with their skin, while relaxing in one of our cozy esthetic suites. Katelynn also teaches our Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination & Dermaplaning courses at our Academy. Her & husband reside in Noblesville with their toddler.
Kelly Kim
Jr.Lash Artist/Microblading Artist
Kelly is our Microblading/Microshading expert & a Certified Lash Artist. She received her advanced certifications in Microblading & Microshading at the renowned Micropigmentation Academy in Connecticut, learning the newest and most advanced techniques. Kelly graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and has always wanted to pursue a profession in the beauty industry, joining our team in 2022. She also acts as our Microblading Instructor at our Training Academy. Kelly loves animals, cooking, and spending quality time with her friends and family at her home in Fishers.
Erika Martinez
Master Lash Artist/Nail Tech
Erika was born in Californian has been a Licensed Lash Artist since 2019. She is also a licensed Cosmetologist & Nail Technician. Erika holds her Advanced Lash Certification, and makes her fans for Hybrid and Volume lashes by hand, customized for each client. Erika is our Volume Lash Instructor at our Training Academy. Erika also holds a certification in structured Luminary gel nails & offers hard & soft gel services as well as nail art. She resides in Fishers with her husband and four children.
Macy Lyons
Esthetician
Macy is a licensed Esthetician and graduated from Tricoci Beauty School in January of 2022. She offers customized facials & chemical peels, lash lifts & tints & brow lamination.
Her favorite services are customized facials and full body hard and soft waxing, specializing in the Brazilian wax. Macy resides in Mccordsville with her kitty Smoki.
